Ride Cancellation Policy

Flywheel gives customers the ability to cancel their order if they no longer need a cab.

You are able to cancel your order within two minutes of hailing without any fee.

If you cancel after two minutes you’ll be charged a $6 fee that we’ll use to compensate the driver for their time.

Ride requests where a passenger does not show up after three minutes of the driver being on location are considered canceled requests. 

If you feel you were charged this fee mistakenly, please contact customer support and we'll respond to you as soon as possible.
